A DAY IN THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER (DC)

Many positions are available in our constantly growing warehouse operations, which we call the Distribution Center (DC). From receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping, these individuals are on their feet and on the go!

You’ll find a casual dress environment in our DC, where t-shirts and sneakers make up the average “uniform”. NBC also frequently gives out company shirts to enjoy and show your team pride.

We take the safety and health of our employees seriously and we are monitoring and adapting to best practices for COVID-19. Additionally, our warehouse is air-conditioned, so during hotter months, employees stay cool. NBC doesn’t just offer benefits, we want to ensure that our employees understand them. We provide regular 401(k) educational webinars, Transparency in Coverage, and webinars that detail any updates or changes to health care coverage each year. We take pride in being a trusted resource for our employees and strive to share resources for employees to make informed decisions.

Our DC runs from 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and allows flexible scheduling. Part-time, full-time, days, or evenings, there’s a schedule that can work for you. Our free textbook program makes working in our DC a great opportunity for college students and can save students hundreds per semester.
